I bought this 2 days ago and use it as needed and my upper respiratory infection is already clearing up. I have really bad sleep apnea so my lungs are **** and using the oil on my chest and nostrils helps open up the lungs and increase airflow. Combining it with the neuropathy and stress/anxiety blend really helps
