At Ancient Infusions, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every product — from our natural self-care essentials to our spiritual jewelry and oils. We stand behind our products with a Satisfaction Guarantee and accept returns for store credit or exchange on all eligible orders placed within the continental United States.
Due to international shipping regulations, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders placed outside the United States at this time.
STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE POLICY
All approved returns will be refunded via store credit only in the form of an Ancient Infusions E-Gift Card.
We do not issue refunds to the original payment method except in specific, approved cases.
Please note that original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total store credit amount.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Your item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

Products such as body oils, fragrance oils, shea butter, herbs, bitters, and consumables must be at least 95% full and unaltered.

Jewelry, crystals, and accessories must be unworn and free of damage.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Sale items are still eligible for store credit or exchange as part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin your return or exchange:

Alternatively, you can email us at info@ancient-infusions.com with your order number, item photo(s), and reason for return to receive pre-approval and instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage, as Ancient Infusions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
REFUND & PROCESSING TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Approved returns will be processed as store credit within 3–5 business days.
If a return to the original payment method is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. A $5 restocking fee per item may apply to refunds issued back to the original payment method.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges on international orders due to shipping restrictions for oils, herbs, and natural products.
