REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.
CANCELLATIONS
It is not possible for us to offer refunds for cancellations made less than two (2) full working days before the delivery date. For example if your delivery is due on Tuesday, you must cancel no later than Thursday 6pm prior to your delivery. Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.
AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current prices. With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side.
Where an item is unavailable, Ancient Infusions will contact you regarding the substitution of products, an alternative will be supplied and upon delivery, you will be made aware of unavailable items and their substitutes.
All amendments to placed orders must be completed by 12.00pm the working day before the delivery day.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in shopify’s privacy statement^.
DELIVERY
Please see Delivery^ for full details of the delivery service that we provide. We endeavor to provide a delivery service to the whole of the US, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
All handcrafted orders will be made fresh and stay fresh for arrival. We will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at this number. Your orders will be sent back to us if no one can sign for delivery and redelivery will be done at the customer's expense.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions / strikes, vehicle breakdown, traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
HEALTH
We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. Ancient Infusions’ may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program. Ancient Infusions Essential Oils are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.
