1. SHIPPING RATES

We offer affordable, straightforward shipping for all domestic U.S. orders:

  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $50.

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $50 (subtotal before tax and discounts).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

2. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly extended during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

3. ORDER TRACKING

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been scanned by the carrier.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@ancient-infusions.com for assistance.

4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States.
At this time, international shipping is unavailable due to carrier and customs restrictions on oils, herbs, and liquid-based products.

5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Ancient Infusions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
If your package appears lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and email us at info@ancient-infusions.com so we can assist you in filing a claim.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will apply.

7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they’ve entered the processing stage.
If you need to make a change immediately after purchase, please contact info@ancient-infusions.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins.

8. SHIPPING FEES & NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you return an item under our Refund Policy, the original shipping cost (including any “free shipping” promotions) will be deducted from your store credit if applicable.
