Return & Refund Policy – Ancient Infusions

At Ancient Infusions, we take pride in the quality of our wellness products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • 📦 Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • 🧴 Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • 📄 In its original packaging with all labels/tags intact
  • 🧾 Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined or issued a partial refund.

  3. Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions.
Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

💸 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., oils, butters, herbs, tinctures)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance products marked as "Final Sale"

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To receive a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order.


❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please email us at ancientinfusions@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
