Throughout my conversations I’ve mentioned to Tyler that I suffer from mental illness where he recommended the ashwaganda gummies. Boy was I impressed! I’ve been taking them regularly as directed on the bottle and my mental clarity feels so much better combined with the other medicine that I take.
